Caboose Lake Campground Cancellation Policy

Campsites (Non-Holiday)
- Require 10-day notice prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations with proper notice incur a $25 cancellation fee and the remainder is refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days prior are non-refundable.
- Early departures are non-refundable.
Holiday Reservations
- Require 14-day notice prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations with proper notice incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior are non-refundable.
- Early departures are non-refundable.
Lodging Units
- Require 14-day notice prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations with proper notice incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior are non-refundable.
- Early departures are non-refundable.
Golf Cart Rentals
- Require 10-day notice prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations with proper notice incur a $25 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days prior are non-refundable.
- Early departures are non-refundable.
- Advance golf cart reservations are non-transferable.
Reservation Changes
- A one-time reservation alteration is permitted for a $15 service fee, subject to terms and conditions.
- Cancellations or changes cannot be processed by email, text, or voicemail.
- All changes must be made by phone.
Weather Policy
We don’t charge extra for sunny weather, and we don’t offer refunds for rain or cold conditions. No refunds are issued on camping fees for any reason.
