Caboose - You will love our Little Caboose! Situated on a Shady Site with a Picnic Table and Fire Ring so you can enjoy the beautiful country setting of Caboose Lake Campground...

This unique Caboose Rental sleeps 3 comfortably and is equipped with a Queen bed, a Single and two fold up bunks above. Bed linens provided for 2 bunks and Queen bed.

• Cleaning Supplies

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 or older to reserve and major credit card on file
• 2 Night Minimum Reservation
• No Smoking & No Pets Allowed
• Bring along towels, bed linens and toiletries
  

CHECK-IN - The person reserving the rental unit must check-in and show ID. No other members of the group will be allowed to come in until the unit is checked in by the reserving person.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES - ALL CAMPGROUND TIMES ARE EASTERN TIME ZONE!  PLEASE NOTE: Devices may not show correct time zone while camping. Check-In time: 4 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS), Check-Out time: 11 AM.  (No Sunday Check-Ins) 

LODGING AGREEMENT - Required to be filled out and signed before check-in date. This will be sent to you in digital form in advance of check-in.

CLEANING FEES FOR LODGING UNITS - A NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning fee is charged at the time of reservation for all lodging units. Light cleaning is required or additional charges will be billed to the credit card on file. Any damages to the rental unit will also be charged to customer's card.

LODGING UNIT CANCELLATION POLICY - All rental unit reservations require a 14-day notice of cancellation. Cancellations with a 14-day notice will be charged $50 cancellation fee and the rest will be refunded. All Rental Unit Reservations canceled within 14-days of check-in date are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Early departures are NON-REFUNDABLE.
