Campground Policies & Reservation Information

All Campground Times Are in the Eastern Time Zone
Please note: Some devices may display the wrong time zone while camping.

Reservations

• All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse service.
• No refunds will be issued after check-in for any reason.

Minimum Stay Requirements

(Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend)

• Weekends: 2-night minimum.
• Sunday–Thursday: 1-night stays allowed.
• Holiday Weekends: 3-night minimum.
• Minimum night requirements are subject to change.

Tent Camping

• Tents must be on a designated campsite.
• Limit: 1 tent or camping unit per site
• We recommend choosing an A-Section site to be near the bathhouse.

Check-In & Check-Out

All times are Eastern Time.

• Check-In: 4:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  Please be sure your devices reflect the correct time zone.

Cancellation Policies

Campsites (Non-Holiday)

• Require 10-day notice prior to arrival date.
• Cancellations with proper notice incur a $25 cancellation fee and the remainder is refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days prior are non-refundable.
• Early departures are non-refundable.

Holiday Reservations

• Require 14-day notice  prior to arrival date.
• Cancellations with proper notice incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior are non-refundable.
• Early departures are non-refundable.

Lodging Units

• Require 14-day notice prior to arrival date.
• Cancellations with proper notice incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior are non-refundable.
• Early departures are non-refundable.

Golf Cart Rentals

• Require 10-day notice prior to arrival date.
• Cancellations with proper notice incur a $25 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days prior are non-refundable.
• Early departures are non-refundable.
• Advance golf cart reservations are non-transferable.

Reservation Changes

• A one-time reservation alteration is permitted for a $15 service fee, subject to terms and conditions.
• Cancellations or changes cannot be processed by email, text, or voicemail.
• All changes must be made by phone.

Weather Policy

We don’t charge extra for sunny weather, and we don’t offer refunds for rain or cold conditions. No refunds are issued on camping fees for any reason.

• Closed for lunch Monday -Thursday 12 - 2PM
• All other times: Leave a message and we will return your call.
• Online reservations are available 24/7.
• Winter office hours are posted on Google.

Important Campground Rules

Firewood Policy

No outside firewood allowed due to the Emerald Ash Borer and other invasive pests.
This includes: firewood, pallet wood, lumber, or building materials.
Approved firewood is available at the Campground Office.

Golf Carts & Boats

• Registered campers must check in all personal golf carts and boats.
• Fees:
  • $25 per personal electric golf cart (no gas carts allowed)
  • $5 per boat
• Allowed on the lake: Inflatable kayaks, paddle boards
• Not allowed: Gas motors on boats

Visitors: Friends & Family

If inviting guests to visit your campsite:

• They must stop at the office before entering the campground.
• All additional people and vehicles must register.
• Guest fees apply to all visitors not originally included on the reservation.
